1. What is “KOI Leaf Rewards”?

KOI Leaf Rewards is a membership program for KOI Thé Thailand, allowing members to collect Leafs from every purchase and enjoy exclusive member benefits. There is no membership fee.

You can manage your KOI Leaf Rewards account through KOI Thé Thailand application, including membership registration, top-up, payment, Leaf collection, reward redemption and KOI Card registration to secure your card information and value in case of lost or stolen.

KOI Leaf Rewards members can make payment and collect Leafs through 2 channels:

Scan QR Code through your Wallet Account on KOI Thé Thailand application
Use your registered KOI Card

Both channels are convenient and secure.

2. How to register for KOI Leaf Rewards Program?

You can register for KOI Leaf Rewards through KOI Thé Thailand application by using your phone number or email.

For Existing Members

Download KOI Thé Thailand application from App Store or Play Store.
Select “Leaf Rewards Member”
Enter your current account email to verify ownership of your account. A Verification Link will be sent to your registered email.
Enter your phone number and verify via OTP.
Create a 6-digit PIN for future login.
Check and update your information in “My Profile”
Start using KOI Thé Thailand application.

For New Members

Download KOI Thé Thailand application from App Store or Play Store.
Select “Sign Up”
Enter your phone number and verify via OTP.
Create a 6-digit PIN for future login.
Complete your information in “My Profile”
Start using KOI Thé Thailand application.

Remark:

KOI Thé Thailand application supports iOS 15.0 or above and Android 7.0 or above.
You do not need a KOI Card to register as a KOI Leaf Rewards member.

3. What do I have to do when I forget my 6-digit PIN?

In case you forget your PIN for KOI Thé Thailand application:
Go to “Account” and click the profile icon on the top-left of the page.
Select “Change PIN”
A verification link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
Set your new PIN.
After setting your new PIN, you can use it to log in to KOI Thé Thailand application.

4. What is KOI Card? Where do I purchase it?

KOI Card is a prepaid card that can be used at KOI Thé Thailand.
KOI Card is available at all KOI Thé stores nationwide with no card issuance fee. The minimum top-up amount is THB 100.
Every purchase through a registered KOI Card or KOI Thé Thailand application will earn Leafs to redeem exclusive member benefits.
If your KOI Card has not been registered on KOI Thé Thailand application, KOI Thé Thailand will not be responsible for the card value in case of lost or stolen.

Remark:
You do not need a KOI Card to register for membership. However, you need to register your KOI Card through “Add Card” to protect the card value.

5. How can I add balance to my account?

5.1 At Store

You can reload your account wallet through KOI Thé Thailand application or KOI Card at participating KOI Thé stores in Thailand by presenting your KOI Card or QR Code on the application to our staff.

Minimum top-up amount: THB 50

5.2 In-App Top Up *NEW*

You can reload your account through KOI Thé Thailand application without visiting the store.

Click “Top up+” on the Account page.
Enter the amount. Minimum THB 300.
Select payment method: QR Code or Credit / Debit Card.

Remark:
In-App Top Up requires a minimum of THB 300 and the top-up amount must end with 0 (Zero).

6. Terms and Condition for KOI Card

Balance top-up can be performed at KOI Thé stores in Thailand
KOI Card can be used to purchase drink items and merchandises at any KOI Thé store in Thailand
KOI Card can not be exchanged for cash or used in paying debts, unless it is applicable by law
If KOI Card is reported lost, stolen or destroyed, card holders may secure card values by registering the reported cards on KOI The Thailand Application
KOI Thé Thailand Company Ltd. will secure the remaining balance for the registered KOI Card from the moment you report a lost of card in KOI The Thailand Application
The use of KOI Card is the agreement to the terms and conditions established by KOI Thé Thailand which you are able to read along with the information security details in the next point

7. How to register KOI Card ?

You may add KOI card to your account on KOI Thé Thailand application by following these steps:

Click the card icon at the top right corner of “Account”
Select “My Cards”
Click “+” to add KOI Card.
Enter the 16-digit number on the back of the card along with the security code.
Click “OK”

The balance on the registered KOI card will be secured upon registration.

Remark:You do not need a KOI Card to register for membership.

10. What is a Leaf? Do my Leaf have expiry date?

You will receive 1 Leaf for every 25 baht transaction through KOI Thé Thailand application or KOI Card to redeem exclusive benefits at any participating KOI Thé stores in Thailand
The excess 25 baht will be accumulated. For example, if your total purchase is 189 baht, you will receive 7.2 Leafs. The 0.2 Leaf will not appear on the Total Leafs Balance but will be counted with your next transaction.
Reward Leafs balance will be expired in 12 months from the date that you earn those Leafs. For example, if you collect 10 Leafs on 16th January and 15 Leafs on 24th January, these 25 Leafs can be used to redeem rewards until the 31st of January of the following year

You can view your Leaf Balance, offers, membership status, transaction history, and expiry date or redeem your rewards through KOI Thé Thailand application.

11. What are the types of Leaf? How do I use them?

Leafs in KOI Leaf Rewards Program come from any transaction made through KOI Thé Thailand application or KOI Card, which will be calculated by:

Reward Leafs Balance The amount of Leafs will increase accordingly to transactions made through KOI Thé Thailand application or KOI Card. The Leafs will be deducted when you redeem rewards or when the Leafs expire.

Total Leafs Balance The total Leafs accumulation will be used for membership level upgrade or maintenance within 12 months. The membership status will be reset to zero (0) on your anniversary date.

Remark: Leafs used for reward redemption will not affect the Total Leafs Balance.

12. Do I only earn Leafs when I pay with my registered KOI Card?

You will earn Leafs when making purchases through your KOI Thé Thailand application account or registered KOI Card.

An unregistered KOI Card cannot be used to collect Leafs or redeem rewards.

Remark: You will only earn Leafs when you make a purchase at the store but not when you reload card values.

13. How can I check my Leaf and my rewards?

You can view your transaction history, balance, Leafs and special offers on KOI Thé Thailand application.

Go to "My Account" --> Click the "Clock" icon at the top-right of the page to see the transaction history up to 6-months.

14. How is my Membership Level calculated and how many more Leafs I need to reach the next level?

The Leafs Balance will be calculated within your 12-month Member Cycle to determine your Membership Level. You can log into your account and view your Leafs Balance via “My Profile” on KOI Thé Thailand application.

Bubble Level – Total 0–149 Leafs

Once you have activated an account on KOI Leaf Rewards, you will enter Bubble Level. If you collect 150 Leafs within 12 months, your status will be upgraded to Green Level.

Green Level – Total 0–199 Leafs from the starting date of this level

If you collect 200 Leafs within 12 months, you will be upgraded to Golden Level.
If you collect 150 Leafs within 12 months, you can maintain Green Level for the following year.

Golden Level – Total 0–349 Leafs from the starting date of this level

If you collect 400 Leafs within 12 months, you will be upgraded to Signature Level.
If you collect 350 Leafs within 12 months, you can maintain Golden Level for the following year.

Signature Level – Total 0–750 Leafs from the starting date of this level

If you collect 750 Leafs within 12 months, you can maintain Signature Level for the following year.

Remark:
If you collect 750 Leafs before your Member Cycle anniversary, the system will stop counting Leafs for Membership Level calculation. However, you can continue collecting Leafs for reward redemption as usual.

Example: Bubble Level

If you start at Bubble Level on January 1, 2026, your Member Cycle is January 1–December 31, 2026. If you collect 0–149 Leafs by December 31, 2026, you will maintain your current level for the following year, with your Membership Level balance starting again from 0 Leafs. Your next Member Cycle will be January 1–December 31, 2027.
If you start at Bubble Level on January 1, 2026 and collect 152 Leafs by May 30, 2026, you will be upgraded to Green Level immediately. Your new Membership Level balance will start at 2 Leafs, and your new Green Member Cycle will be May 30, 2026–May 29, 2027.

Example: Green Level

If you enter Green Level on May 30, 2026 and collect 205 Leafs by November 16, 2026, you will be upgraded to Golden Level immediately. Your new Membership Level balance will start at 5 Leafs, and your new Golden Member Cycle will begin on November 16, 2026.

Example: Golden Level

If you enter Golden Level on November 16, 2026 and collect 353 Leafs during your Member Cycle, you will maintain your Golden Level status for another year, with your Membership Level balance starting at 3 Leafs.
If you collect another 47 Leafs by November 15, 2027, you will be upgraded to Signature Level immediately.

Example: Signature Level

Your Signature Level Member Cycle will also be calculated based on the 12-month period from the date you enter Signature Level.

15. What can I redeem from my Rewards Balance? How many rewards from Rewards Balance can I redeem?

KOI Leaf Rewards members can use accumulated leafs to redeem special rewards according to the rewards terms and conditions.

Available rewards will depend on your Membership Level and the promotional period. The number of rewards available will depend on the terms and conditions of each campaign.

The amount of Leafs used for rewards redemption will be varied depending on a terms of each reward.

16. How do I redeem my Leafs for exclusive benefits?

You can collect Leafs and redeem special rewards on KOI Thé Thailand application.

The redeemed reward voucher can be found in “My Rewards” and can be used at any participating KOI Thé Stores in Thailand.

The amount of Leafs required for each reward will vary according to the terms and conditions of each reward. The reward coupon is valid for 30 days from the redemption date.

The redeemed Leafs will be deducted from the Reward Leafs Balance automatically.

Remark: The validity of rewards available will depend on the terms and conditions of each campaign.

17. Does the reward voucher redeemed from Reward Leafs Balance have expiry date?

The reward voucher will expire in 30 days from the day that you redeemed it. If you do not use the voucher before the expiry date, it will be disabled and the refund will not be available.

18. If I redeem the reward , will it affect my Leafs Balance?

Redeeming the reward from Reward Leafs Balance will not affect the Total Leafs Balance that will be counted for membership level upgrade.

19. Can I redeem my Leaf for Rewards in other countries?

The benefits from KOI Leaf Rewards program will only be eligible to redeem at KOI Thé Thailand stores. The KOI Card from other countries will not be applicable to make transaction in KOI Thé stores in Thailand as well.

20. How soon will I be able to see the amount of Leafs I’ve earned after purchasing with my registered KOI Card?

Leafs earned from purchases through KOI Thé Thailand Application or your registered KOI Card will be available on your account within 30 minutes.

21. What if my Leaf balance doesn’t look right? Who do I contact?

We want to make sure the balance on your account reflects your purchases accurately. If the total number of Leafs doesn’t appear to be correct, please contact Customer service: 02-274-1500 (press 1).

22. How do I report a lost or stolen KOI Card? How long will it takes to proceed?

If your registered KOI Card is lost or stolen, you can suspend your card through KOI Thé Thailand application by selecting “Inactive” or “Cancel Card” Suspending the lost card will not affect the total balance in your account.

If you find your lost card, you can select “Inactivate Card” to reactivate the card. You can use the card again within 30 minutes.

Once you report your card as inactive the card through the application, the card will be temporarily suspended immediately.

If your KOI Card has not been registered, you cannot suspend the card if it is lost or stolen. KOI Thé Thailand will not be responsible for the card value in such cases.

Remark: “Inactive Card” will result in temporary suspension. “Cancel Card” will delete the Card from your account permanently, and the canceled Card will not be eligible to add on to the previous account or any other account.

23. Can I get any drink item I want when I redeem my Birthday reward? What’s included?

Green members can redeem any drink item Size S for FREE during their birthday month, with no topping restrictions.

Golden members can redeem any drink item Size M for FREE during their birthday month, with no topping restrictions.

Signature members can redeem any drink item Size L for FREE during their birthday month, with no topping restrictions.

Birthday Treat can be redeemed at participating KOI Thé stores in Thailand by presenting the QR Code coupon to our staff during your birthday month.

You can check your Birthday Treat through “My Rewards” on KOI Thé Thailand application.

Remark: You will only receive 1 birthday drink/account/year. If you do not redeem the reward during the birthday month, the birthday voucher will be omitted on the first day of the following month.

24. If I have multiple KOI Card registered to my account, does that mean I will receive a birthday reward for each one?

No.

You cannot use KOI Card alone to redeem your Birthday Treat.

Birthday Treat can only be redeemed through KOI Thé Thailand application by presenting the QR Code coupon.

You can check your Birthday Treat through “My Rewards.”

25. Do I have to present the reward voucher at the store to receive exclusive offers?

Yes.

You need to present the QR Code coupon redeemed through KOI Thé Thailand application to our staff at participating KOI Thé stores in Thailand to redeem the benefit.

26. Is there a limitation for the number of rewards that I can redeem?

You can redeem rewards through KOI Thé Thailand application without limitation, depending on whether you have sufficient Leafs for each reward.

The number of Leafs required for each reward will vary according to the terms and conditions of each reward.

Each redeemed reward coupon is valid for 30 days from the redemption date.

Remark: The validity of rewards available will depend on the terms and conditions of each campaign.

27. Can I change my anniversary date to maintain my membership level (Member Cycle)?

The Member Cycle for maintaining your Membership Level, which lasts 12 months, cannot be changed.

The only exception is when you are upgraded to a higher Membership Level during the current Member Cycle. The date of your upgrade will become the starting date of your new Member Cycle.

28. Do I need to register KOI Card with my email?

No.

You can add KOI Card immediately by using the 16-digit card number at the back of the card and the 5-digit security code.

29. How many KOI Cards can I register as part of the program?

You can register an unlimited number of KOI Cards, but you can have up to 10 active KOI Cards at a time under your KOI Leaf Rewards account through KOI Thé Thailand application.

You can register only 1 KOI Leaf Rewards account per email address / phone number.

30. How can I check my KOI Card balance and transaction?

You can log into your account and view the remaining values via KOI Thé Thailand application or you can visit any participating KOI Thé store in Thailand and check with our staffs.

31. Can I transfer my KOI Leaf Rewards membership to someone else?

Sorry, memberships are non-transferable.

KOI Leaf Rewards membership is linked to the phone number or email used to register through KOI Thé Thailand application.

Once registered to an account, the membership cannot be registered to another account. This includes the Membership Level and all exclusive benefits, which cannot be transferred to another account.

32. Can I transfer funds between cards in same account?

When the new KOI Card is registered to account on KOI Thé Thailand application, the system will combine the balance of each Card into one account. During transaction via the registered KOI Card or in-app QR Code, the system will deduct values from the central account.

This means that 1 account can be used across any registered KOI Card.

33. Can I use multiple KOI Cards for one transaction and earn more Leafs?

If the KOI Cards are registered under the same account, each transaction will earn the Leafs into the central account as well as the balance and special offers redemption will be withdrawn from the same account.

34. Can I get a refund for my KOI Cards or Wallet Account?

Any amount/value stored in your KOI Card and Wallet Account cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
